Chaperone Guide

Thank you for volunteering to chaperone with the New Oxford High School Band Program!

We are delighted to have your time and energy this year. 

Getting all of our students to and from events is no small feat. It takes a lot of pre-planning, time, energy, support, and flexibility from very dedicated parents like you.

This guide is provided to help you as a chaperone. Each year there can be changes to procedures, so even if you have chaperoned in the past please read the document thoroughly.
