Indoor Percussion Handbook 2024

The purpose of this handbook is to provide information to students and their parents/guardians who are considering participation in the New Oxford Indoor Percussion Ensemble (NOIPE).  Strict enforcement of the policies and procedures outlined herein occurs throughout the season, so please read everything VERY carefully!  All information in this handbook must be agreed to by both the student and a parent/guardian of said student.
